Valentine’s Day Menus

We want you and your special someone to join us for our 2nd annual, very special Valentine’s Day Kaiseki Dinner at Sozai,  Saturday, February 14th.  We are offering two scrumptuous, six course prix fixe menus:  a Japanese menu and a California Fusion menu.   There are two seatings:  6:30 PM and 8:30 PM.   The 6:30 seating has the full six course menus, or, for only $35 per person, you can to choose to have just four courses (no soup or 1st course; paired sake for each course is an additional $14). 

The 8:30 seating features the full six course Kaiseki menus for $55 per person; each course can be paired with sake for an additional $20.  Enjoy a wonderufl night of sensual tastes, romance and flair!  Call us at 681-7150 to reserve your table and please tell us what your menu choices.  You can also reserve via OpenTable and write your menu choices in the notes, or you can e-mail the host at gil@marisfood.com.

Japanese Menu:  Mussles Japanese Style; Slow Cooked Daikon, w/Yuzu; Scallops, Shrimp, & Shiso Tempura; Kobe Beef Steak, Yuzu-Kosho; Giant Clam Soup (clear broth); Assorted Sushi (Toro, Hamachi, Snapper, Salmon, Eel); Lava Cake.

California Fusion Menu:  Mussles Japanese Style; Organic Mizuna & Endive Salad, Yuzu Dressing; Macadamia Crusted Salmon; Lamb Chop, Garlic Shiitake Cream Sauce; Lava Cake.
