Want to learn how to make authentic Japanese food from REAL Japanese Chefs? Our classes are great for:

Sushi_019.jpgIn our Sushi making classes, we’ll teach you the techniques for successful sushi making, great healthy side dishes and soups that are not just Miso soup with Tofu. Not only do you learn how to make it, you’ll learn Japanese tradition as well as knowledge of thousands of years of healthy living - the history of the dish, nutritious values, and the reason for using certain ingredients, AND we’ll teach you some Japanese words on Sushi and useful phrases for restaurant usage (just for fun).
These hands-on classes last about 2 hours. You will make the delicious dishes and enjoy what you made with your fellow students.
